Must Try Ice Cream This Holiday Season

One of the things I always look forward to during Christmas is the food I allow myself to indulge in during the holidays. I follow a strict diet for health and fitness reasons all year long but I allow myself to have cheat snacks and meals every now and then. Most especially during the holidays since this is also the time where food brands release delightful seasonal dishes and desserts we can enjoy as we celebrate Christmas. FIC and Auro Chocolate just came up with three ice cream flavors in cute festive tubs and they are honestly some of the best ice creams we’ve ever tasted at home! I had to pace myself while I ate it to watch my diet and at the same time enjoy them longer.

HEAVENLY DESSERTS
I have to say my favorite among the three ice cream flavors is the Single Origin Dark Chocolate, which has the smooth and deep flavor of dark chocolate and just the right sweetness to go with it. I love it the most probably because dark chocolate is my favorite type of chocolate but I have a feeling that even if you’re not a huge fan of dark chocolate you’d still appreciate the flavor of this ice cream because it’s well balanced, it’s not too bitter and not too sweet.
The second on my list tastes just as good as the Single Origin Dark Chocolate and I have a feeling it’s going to be the main crowd favorite. Milk Chocolate Fudge is made specifically for those with a sweet tooth! I was pleasantly surprised at how velvety smooth and creamy it is in texture!
My brother who grew up surrounded by white chocolate covered pretzels and bars all the time absolutely loves the Roasted White Chocolate with Cashew. He said it’s one of the best ice cream flavors he has ever tasted and loves how unique it is! He ended up taking the entire tub home with him.
I really enjoyed the rich flavors from the FIC x Auro Chocolate ice cream collection. They’re a must-try for this holiday season and a nice addition to anybody’s Noche Buena dessert table. I’m not sure if this is a seasonal flavor at FIC but I really hope they would make it permanent. Needless to say I recommend you guys try it at any FIC scooping station before they’re gone.
